The Women Union in An Giang held on June 23 the training conference 2022 on the communication and advocacy work amongst ethnic-religious women.
At the training conference
The event saw the participation of 65 members of the Women Union in districts of Tinh Bien, Tri Ton, An Phu, Phu Tan, Cho Moi, Chau Thanh, Chau Phu and Tan Chau town.
During the event, participating women heard about key tasks of the advocacy work among ethnic, religious women in Resolution of the 13th National Congress of Women's Deputies of 2022-2027 tenure; methods and communication skills to attract ethnic and religious members through women clubs; solutions to enhance the efficiency of ethnic affairs for ethnic women.
In addition, the training also provided updates of the religious life in the province and learnt about impacts of illegal belief and religion practices on women’s life, practical solutions to promote roles of religious followers and the associations of grassroots women, and digital communication skills.
