The Vietnam Fatherland Front in Thanh Hoa province in collaboration with the Committee for Religious Affairs in the province held on July 30 a training conference on religious affairs.
The conference drew the participation of officers and staff of the religious-ethnic department under the provincial VFF, and the committee for religious affairs in Thanh Hoa, members of the VFF in the province, districts and communes who are followers of religions, members of the committee for solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics in the province, and other key members of the VFF at province and district levels.
The training covered contents of the religious life and religious affairs in the province, state policies and laws on belief & religion, and key tasks for religious affairs by the provincial VFF in the locality.
The training also allowed discussions and explanations of practical issues related to the advocacy work for promoting unity of religions in the locality.
