Third Military Region extends congregations to Buddhist Chapter in Ninh Binh on Buddha’s Birthday

Major General Deputy Commander of the 3rd Military Region Đỗ Phương Thuấn led on May 29 a delegation to visit the executive committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha chapter in Ninh Binh province on occasion of the 2562nd Buddha’s Birthday.
During the visiting reception, while extending best wishes to the VBS’s executive committee and all Buddhist followers in the province on occasion of the Vesak Day 2018, Major General Đỗ Phương Thuấn hailed Buddhist dignitaries and followers for their contributions to socio-economic development in the locality.
The VBS Chapter in the province thanked the third Military Region for its gesture and shared results of religious affairs and social contributions of the Buddhist chapter in the locality over the past years.
