During the reception, Secretary of the provincial Party’s Committee Trịnh Văn Chiến extended congratulations to Bishop Joseph Nguyễn Đức Cường on his new appointment by the Vatican as Head of Thanh Hoa diocese and shared with the guests results of the socio-economic development in the locality over the past years. He also expressed hope that the Bishop would make practical contributions to and closely work with local authorities for socio-economic development in the locality.
