Thai Binh provincial authorities held on January 11 a meeting with religious dignitaries in the province ahead of the Lunar New Year 2022.

Present at the event included Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyễn Tiến Thành and Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyễn Khắc Thận.
During the event, Chairman Nguyễn Tiến Thành informed results of socio-economic development of the locality in 2021 and spoke highly of practical contributions made by religious dignitaries, deacons and lay followers to the socio-economic development of the locality. He also called on religious dignitaries to continue encouraging religious followers to actively participate in patriotic movements and strictly observe Covid-19 preventive measures in the province.

On the upcoming of Lunar New Year (Tet) 2022, Deputy Secretary Nguyễn Tiến Thành took the chance to extend wishes of happiness and prosperity to all religious dignitaries and lay followers in the locality.
