The festival saw the presence of representatives from local authorities and local residents in the district.

Thac Gian Communal House located in Chinh Gian ward of Thanh Khe district currently has a display of 18 honour-conferring diplomas and 38 imperial decrees under the Le and Nguyen dynasties designed with unique architectures.

The communal house has been recognized as a national architectural and artistic relic by the Ministry of Culture – Sports in 2007.

Thac Gian Communal House Festival is held every two years. This year, the festival took place in two days and featured traditional rituals to pray for peace including worshipping ceremonies and folk festive activities such as poetry exchange - ‘Ao Dai’ (Vietnamese traditional long dress) show, competitions of handwriting and calligraphy, sticky rice cooking competition, and folk games, etc.
