A delegation from Tay Ninh authorities led by Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyễn Văn Hợp paid visits to local Caodai organizations on November 24 on occasion of the 96th founding anniversary of Caodaism.
The delegation visited the Tay Ninh Caodai Church, the office of the representative committees of Tay Ninh Caodai Church based in Tay Ninh parish and the Correction-Path Caodai Church’s based in Thai Binh parish in Tay Ninh city.
During the visits, Chairman Nguyễn Văn Hợp who is also Head of the provincial Committee for Mass Mobilization extended warm celebrations to Caodai sects in the province on occasion of the 96th founding anniversary of Caodaism and called on Caodai followers to make further contributions for socio-economic development in the locality.
As reported, local Caodai sects in the province have raised funds over 3.5 billion VND for supporting the Covid-19 pandemic prevention work, as well as contributed 118 million VND and over 10,000 relief packets for flood-hit victims in the Central region.
