Over 400 religious dignitaries and prestigious ethnic people in Soc Trang province attended a legal workshop, organized by the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee on August 18.
The one-day event covered topics on the implementation of State’s policies and laws on religions, ethnic minorities and social activities by individuals and religious organizations, the mass mobilization work amongst religious and ethnic community, and key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion.
The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ legal knowledge on religion and ethnic minority, contributing to promote religious dignitaries and prestigious people’s roles in the dissemination of the Party and State’s guidelines and policies.
