The Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee in Hanoi city in collaboration with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the city, religious organizations, and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion held a blood donation program on January 6.
The event attracted large numbers of dignitaries and members of religious organizations in the city.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairwoman of the municipal Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyễn Thị Kim Dung highly appreciated the noble deed of religious followers in the city, contributing to save patients, especially patients with difficult circumstances.
The event has received 177 units of blood.
