A conference for disseminating state laws and policies to religious followers was held on July 15 in Soc Trang province.

The event drew the participation of 350 key religious followers and representatives of religious worshipping places in the province.
The conference covered key contents of a coordination program between the provincial authorities and religious organizations on the environment protection and climate change adaptation for the 2022-2026 period and the advocacy work for hanging national flag at religious worshipping places.
Early, the Committee for Religious Affairs in Nghe An province in collaboration with the provincial Vietnam Buddhist Sangha have organized a dissemination conference on belief & religious laws to key Buddhists in Diec Pagoda located in the province’s Vinh city.

The event covered basic contents of state policies and laws on belief & religion, the Law on Belief & Religion 2016, and new regulations of Decree 95 dated December 29, 2023 detailing articles and measures to implement the law on belief & religion 2016.
The conference also provided explanations of practical issues relating legal regulations and administrative procedures in the locality.
