The Committee for Religious Affairs in Tien Giang province in collaboration with the Health Department in the province held on September 23 a program on the second Covid-19 vaccine shot to key religious followers in the locality.
During the program, 70 religious dignitaries and deacons from local religious organizations of Catholicism, Buddhism, and the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres, Chon Ly Caodai Church under the White Cloth Caodai Church, Vietnam Binh Duc Caodai Church and Tay Ninh Caodai Church received the second shot of Covid-19 vaccine as recommended by the Ministry of Health.
These religious dignitaries and deacons received the first shot of Covid-19 vaccine on August 13.
