A delegation from the 4th branch of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in Can Tho city led by Deputy Director Huỳnh Thanh Quang visted Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs on August 7.
Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê welcomed the delegation.
During the exchange meeting, Vice Chairman Trần Văn Khuê exchanged with the delegation on the religious life and social charitable activities of religions in the locality, as well as the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religions and the Decree 162 on detailing a number of articles and providing measures for the implementation of the new law. In addition, the religious committee took the delegation to religious establishments of Buddhism and Caodaism in the locality for further understanding the religious life in the locality.
