The committee for religious affairs in Quang Binh province in collaboration with the home affairs office in the province’s Quang Trach district held on September 25 a religious affairs training for cadres tasked with religious affairs in the district.
Local guests at the event’s opening ceremony included Vice Chairman of the district People’s Committee Nguyễn Hoàng Anh and representatives from the provincial religious committee, police and fatherland front.
The training event covered topics on the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies on religion, new religious phenomenon in the province, mass mobilization work in religious communities and key tasks of religious affairs in the urrent period.
The presenters of the training also answered questions relating to the State governance on religion in the locality raised by the training participants as well as updated local cadres with new legal documents relating to the state management on religion in order to meet requirements of the current situation.
