Quang Binh authorities extend congratulation to provincial VBS chapter on Buddhist Parents Day 2019

A delegation of the concerning provincial authorities of Quang Binh paid on August 15 a visit to the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) chapter in the province based in Dai Giac pagoda.
The delegation was welcomed by Most Venerable Thích Tánh Nhiếp, Chairman of the Buddhist Executive Committee.
During the visit, representatives of local authorities extended congratulations to monks, nuns and local Buddhists on occasion of Buddhist Parents Day 2019 and expressed hope that the Buddhist executive committee would continue guiding Buddhist followers to implement the state’s laws and contribute to local socio-economic development.
