Provincial authorities in Tay Ninh extends congratulations to Khmer people on Sene Dolta Festival

A delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Commission for Mass Mobilization in the province Nguyễn Văn Trung in Tay Ninh province extended on September 14 visits to Khmer pagodas, monks and prestigious people, on the occasion of Sene Dolta Festival 2020.
The delegation visited Phum Ma pagoda in Thanh Long commune, Hiep Phuoc pagoda in Hoa Thanh commune, Sat Rat pagoda in Ninh Dien commune and a preaching house (sala) in Bien Gioi commune of the province’s Chau Thanh district.
During the visits, Vice Chairman Nguyễn Văn Trung extended warm celebrations of Sene Dolta Festival to Khmer monks, village elders and prestigious people in the communes, and praised practical contributions of Khmer monks and prestigious people for socio-economic development in the province. The official also took the change to inform outstanding results of socio-economic development in the province in the first nine months.
On the occasion, the delegation presented 20 gift sets valued at nearly 20 million VND in total to Khmer monks, elders and prestigious people.
