The program took place in by the provincial General Hospital in collaboration with Soc Trang provincial Association of Fellow-countrymen in Ho Chi Minh City, University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Ho Chi Minh City and Tam Hoa Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients.

Local guests at the event included Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Lâm Văn Mẫn and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Trần Văn Chuyện.
