Local authorities of Thach Kim commune in Ha Tinh assist poor Catholic families in building houses

With the aim of sharing difficulties with disadvantaged Catholics and on occasion of Christmas 2017, Loc Ha district’s Thach Kim commune authorities in Ha Tinh province presented financial support to two Catholic households under Trung Nghia parish for building their houses.
Two Catholic households of Nguyễn Văn Vỹ and Nguyễn Thị Huệ have been categorized as poor households in the commune and they had lived in seriously degraded houses. Affected by recent Doksuri storm, their houses have completely collapsed.
Give these difficult circumstances, the local authorities presented VND 15 million to Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Huệ’s family and VND 25 million to Mr. Nguyễn Văn Vỹ for building their new houses.
