During the visit, while extending Christmas greetings to Bishop Apostolic Administrator of Ha Tinh Diocese Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, and other dignitaries and lay Catholics of the diocese, Vice Chairman Lê Ngọc Châu informed the host about the socio-economic development in the locality in 2022.
