The delegation visited and met with Most Venerable Deputy Head of the Association for Solidarity of Patriotic Monks cum Abbot of Mahatup pagoda in Soc Trang Kim Rene, former Deputy Director of Culture, Sports & Tourism Department in the province Ngô Khị, and former Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee in the province Kim Luol.

During the visits, Chairman Trần Văn Chuyện extended warm celebrations of Sene Dolta Festival to the Buddhist dignitary and former officials, as well as to all Khmer monks and lay Buddhists in the province. He also took the chance to inform about Covid-19 pandemic prevention works in the locality.
