The Representation Committee of Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Kien Giang province held on November 12 an opening ceremony of a training course for members of the church in the locality.
Attending the ceremony taking place in Vinh Thuan parish were representatives of Kien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and Vinh Thuan district authorities, and about 50 members from the parishes of the church in the province’s district of An Bien, An Minh and Vinh Thuan.
Right after the opening ceremony, the provincial religious committee introduced key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion 2016.
The training lasts until November 18.
