Kon Tum province’s Dak Glei district authorities held on December 12 a meeting with key members of religions in the locality.
The event saw the presence of Deputy Secretary of the district Party’s Committee Nguyễn Quang Thủy, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trương Thị Ngọc Anh, heads of the district’s communes, and about 100 typical dignitaries and members of religious organizations in the district.
During the event, a representative from Dak Glei authorities briefed results of socio-economic development of the locality in 2019.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Trương Thị Ngọc Anh highly valued contributions made by local religious organizations to socio-economic development in the district. She expressed hope that religious dignitaries and deacons would closely accompany with local authorities for the development of the locality.
