The provincial committee for religious affairs in Dong Nai inspected the implementation of law provisions on religion in the province’s Cam My district from July 26-27.
The inspection delegation comprised of representatives of functioning divisions of the provincial religious committee led by Chairman Nguyễn Quốc Vũ.
During the inspection, the delegation had an exchange meeting with the district authorities of Cam My on the implementation of law provisions on belief and religion in 2017 and in the first six months 2018. The delegation also visited Xuan Bao commune for gathering information on practical implementation of state provisions of laws on belief and religion in the locality.
The inspection focused on the dissemination of state policies and laws on belief and religion, including the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 and its guiding decree 162, the addressing of practical issues relating religion in the district, the personnel and organization of the state administration on religion at the district and commune levels in the locality, etc.
