Home Affairs Department in An Giang holds training on religious and ethnic communication, propaganda

The Home Affairs Department in An Giang province held on November 4-5 an online training conference on knowledge and skills in the information and communication work on ethnicity and religion.
The event saw the presence of Head of Propaganda Division under the provincial Commission for Propaganda and Education Nguyễn Mạnh Hà, Vice Chairmen of the provincial Committee for Religious affairs Lê Tùng Châu and Lê Quang Tấn and over 200 cadres tasked with the ethnic and religious affairs, culture- information and journalists and editors from press agencies in districts.

The two-day event covered key contents of the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies on belief and religion; the Law on Belief and Religion; central and local guiding documents on religious affairs; skills for the communication work on belief and religion, new religious phenomenon, and practical issues relating superstition and deviation of spiritual practices.
