Chairman of Hanoi city People’s Committee Nguyễn Đức Chung led a delegation on March 23 to visit Thai Ha church – monastery for extending congratulations to Priest Superior of Hanoi Redemptorist Congregation Joseph Trịnh Ngọc Hiên.
During the visit, while congratulating Priest Joseph Trịnh Ngọc Hiên on being reappointed as Superior of Hanoi Redemptorist Congregation, Chairman Nguyễn Đức Chung highly appreciated practical contributions to socio-economic development in the locality by local Catholics over the past years.
Priest Joseph Trịnh Ngọc Hiên took the chance to thank Hanoi municipal authorities for his visit and congratulations. He also expressed hope that the municipal authorities would continue facilitating religious affairs of the parish as well as supporting religious practices of local people.
