Ha Tĩnh provincial People's Committee has approved a plan to ensure the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion.
According to the plan, contents, deadlines and responsibilities of all competent authorities in the implementation of the law have been clearly specified.
The plan also includes review of legal documents issued by provincial authorities related to belief and religion for proposing amendment, replacement, cancellation or new promulgation of regulations in order to ensure uniformity and consistency with the law on belief and religion.
The plan approval aims to ensure disciplines, timeliness, consistency and effectiveness in implementing the new religious law in the province.
