The event held in collaboration with the provincial committee for religious affairs of Binh Dinh drew the participation of 80 dignitaries and deacons from Cau Kho Tam Quan Caodai Church in the province and representative committees of Tay Ninh Caodai Church, Chon Ly Caodai Church and Ban Chinh Caodai Church in the locality.

The two-day conference covered introduction of and instruction for the implementation of key contents of the Law on Belief and Religion, including legal provisions on registration for religious practices of groups, religious affairs of organizations, establishment of religious sub-organizations, publication and social charities of religious organizations, as well as administrative procedures prescribed by the new law.

The training also provided exchanges, discussion and explanations of practical issues in religious practices and affairs of the Caodai sects according to the law on belief and religion 2016, including administrative procedures in the field of religion.
