Joining the competition taking place in the Da Lat Don Bosco’s stadium was four teams from the church, the Ward 2 People’s Committee, provincial public security and a joint team of the provincial Party committee's commission for mass mobilization and home affairs department.

Attending the event opening ceremony included Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization Hoàng Liên, Vice Chairman of the provincial Home Affairs Department cum Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Văn Đức, Priest of Da Lat Don Bosco Church Joseph Nguyễn Chấn Hưng and representatives from provincial public security and Ward 2’s authorities.

As for the final results of the competition, the first prize went to Da Lat Don Bosco church team, the second prize given to the provincial public security team and the fair play award presented to the join team.

The organization of the friendly football tournament contributed to strengthen fine relations between the local authorities and the Don Bosco Order.
