The Committee for Religious Affairs in Ha Tinh province held from September 26-27 a conference for disseminating state policies and laws on religion to local cadres tasked with religious affairs and Buddhist dignitaries in the province.
Attending the event saw the participation of 214 key commune-level officers tasked with religious affairs in the province’s Ky Anh district and provincial city, and 268 Buddhist monks and nuns from the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s executive bodies at the province and district levels in Ha Tinh.
During the conference, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyễn Thanh Xuân, Senior Lecturer of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics delivered basic contents of state policies and laws on religion, and the advocacy work in religious communities.
