The Committee for Solidarity of Vietnamese Catholics (CSVC) in Da Nang city organized on March 13 a disseminating conference on the State laws for Catholic dignitaries in the city.
The event saw the attendance of Priest Chairman of the provincial CSVC Peter Nguyễn Hùng and over 50 members of the provincial CSVC and the pastoral council of Da Nang Cathedral parish.
The one-day meeting covered key contents of the State laws including the Law of the Sea, the Law on Belief and Religion and its guiding Decree 162, and the Law on Cyber Security.
According to Priest Peter Nguyễn Hùng, the meeting has provided an opportunity for members of the provincial CSVC and Catholic dignitaries, deacons in the parishes to be better informed about recently enacted laws.
