Gia Lai provincial Committee for Religious Affairs held on October 4 a disseminating conference on the Law on Belief and Religion for key followers of religions in the province’s Ia Pa district.
The conference held in collaboration with the district’s authorities gathered large numbers of dignitaries, deacons, clergymen and clergywomen from religious organizations in the district.
The one-day event covers key contents of the law that will take effect early next year, especially new points as compared with the Ordinance of Belief and Religion 2004 and provisions that most practical to religious practices in the district.
In addition, participants of the disseminating conference also engaged in exchanges and discussion of practical issues relating religion in the district.
