The Law on Belief and Religion has been disseminated at a conference co-organized by Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and My Tho city’s center for political education on September 18.
Attending the conference were 130 participants who are commune-level officials in Tien Giang province’s My Tho city.
During the event, the participating officials listened the necessity and principles for the enactment of the Law on Belief and Religion, as well as new contents of the Law passed by the 14th National Assembly last year.
The one-day conference is part of a training course on national defense and security for local officials in the city.
