The provincial religious committee of Ha Tinh held on May 9 a conference on the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion for key followers of Buddhism in the locality.
Attending the religious law event included former Director of the Department of Legislation and Inspection under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Khắc Huy as the main presenter of the conference and 250 participants who are members of the management boards of Buddhist establishments in Ha Tinh.
Can Loc district authorities in Ha Tinh province also held a conference May 10 on religious laws and policies for key officials tasked with religious affairs in the district.
During the conference, Head of Ha Tinh provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission Phan Cao Thanh presented key contents of the Party’s Order 18 on the continuous implementation of Resolution N0. 25 on religious affairs, and Former Director of the Department of Legislation and Inspection Nguyễn Khắc Huy also highlighted general regulations and new contents of the new law on belief and religion./.
