Bu Gia Map district in Binh Phuoc holds exchange meeting with religious dignitaries

Authorities in Binh Phuoc province’s Bu Gia Map district held on March 13 the exchange meeting 2023 with religious dignitaries in the province.

Present at the meeting included Vice Chairman of the provincial Commission for Mass Mobilization Ma Ly Phước, Vice Chairman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Đỗ Đại Đồng, Colonel Deputy Political Commissar of provincial Military Command Nguyễn Thành Ruân, Colonel Deputy Political Director of Military Region 7 Nguyễn Công Anh, Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Phạm Quang Hà and 48 dignitaries from religious organizations in the district.

During the meeting, representatives of district authority informed religious dignitaries of current socio-economic development, the state administration on religion and practical contributions made by religious organizations in 2022.

Participating religious dignitaries gave comments on practical issues relating to religious practices in the locality over the past year.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Secretary of district Party Committee cum Chairman of Religious Affairs’ Steering board in the district Phan Xuân Linh asked religious dignitaries for proactively disseminating state policies and laws, and the Law on Belief & Religion 2016 to lay followers in the district.
