So far, Party’s policies and state’s programs and projects benefiting ethnic and religious communities have been effectively carried out in the province.

In the first six months of year 2021, Bac Lieu authorities have paid visits to 47 worshipping places, 15 typical Hoa ethnic people; extended congratulations to 1,502 Achars, worshipping places’ management boards, retired staffs and cadres, and 162 policy beneficiaries who are Khmer ethnic people in the locality on occasion of Chol Chnam Thmay festival.

Provincial authorities have also granted free 14,080 health insurance cards to ethnic minorities and 160,320 health insurance cards to disadvantaged people, and offered scholarships and covered accommodations and travel expenses to 21 poor students.
