Ba Don provincial city’s authorities visit local Catholic parishes on occasion of Holy Spirit Mass

A delegation of Ba Don provincial city’s authorities in Quang Binh province paid visits on May 19 to several Catholic parishes and sub-parishes in communes of Quang Minh and Quang Van, on occasion of the Mass of the Holy Spirit.
The delegation led by Chairman of the provincial city Commission for Mass Mobilization Đinh Thiếu Sơn visited Giap Tam and Con Nam parishes and Dong Dung sub-parish in Quang Minh commune, and Van Phu parish in Quang Van commune.
During the visits, Chairman Đinh Thiếu Sơn extended floral bouquets, congratulations and warm greetings to local parishioners on occasion of the Holy Spirit Mass.
He also expressed hope that Catholic dignitaries and lay followers in the locality would promote fine traditions of Catholicism and closely work with local authorities for successes of the Covid-19 epidemic prevention work and the national election held on May 23.
