Da Nang municipal officials visit Da Nang diocese

During the visits, the delegation met with leaders of Da Nang diocese, the United World Mission Church and the Representative Committee of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) in the city.

While extending a warm and merry Christmas to local Christian communities, municipal party Committee Deputy Secretary Lương Nguyễn Minh Triết highly appreciated contributions by the Christians to the city’s achievements and stated that Christian followers in the city have proactively participated in patriotic programs launched by municipal authorities and closely joined local authorities in the Covid-19 prevention work in the city.

*Earlier, a delegation from Phu Tho provincial authorities led by Chairwoman of the provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền, paid on December 20 visits to Catholic parishes in the province on occasion of Christmas 2021.
