The event was co-chaired by Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Committee in Dong Nai province Vũ Đình Trung and Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affair Nguyễn Quốc Vũ.

As reported, in 2019, the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province has contributed nearly 60 VND billion in social-charitable activities.

Speaking at the event, provincial VFF and religious committee leaders expressed hope that Buddhist dignitaries in the province will promote their role for the great national unity and proactively join in patriotic movements for socio-economic development in the locality.
