Attend the conference were Mr. Lê Mạnh Kiều, Vice-Chairman of the provincial Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization, Mr. Lê Hồng Hải, Member of the provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the district Communist Party representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, the district Party Committee, People’s Committee, People’s Council of districts, communes, relevant agencies in the locality.

It’s reported that during ten years of implementing Resolution 25 of the 9th Central Party Committee, the district Party Committee and People’s Committee and relevant agencies have focused on dissemination of guidelines and policies of the Party and State on religious affairs, organized a disseminating conferences and training workshops for local officials and religious followers in the locality.

Movements for economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction in many parishes have been promoted, contributing to improve material and spiritual life of religious people. The district has 20/23 parishes setting up education promotion fund, 19 parishes awarded the honorable title “the advanced parish” and 100% of Catholic families registered the title “exemplary Catholic family” ...

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lê Mạnh Kiều, Vice-Chairman of the provincial Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization highlighted results of implementing results of the Resolution 25 of the 9th Central Party Committee. He also called on Can Loc district authorities to strengthen personnel working on religious affairs, foster the admission of religious members into the Party.

At the conference, the Can Loc district Party Committee awarded a certificate of merit to 5 organizations and 4 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing Resolution No 25-NQ/TW.
