The program is part of a working plan of the provincial authorities aimed at developing cultural and civilized lifestyles in the locality.

The “Civilized Saturday” program includes practical activities enhancing positive cultural and civilized lifestyles, the maintenance of social order and safety, the environmental sanitation and tree plantation, and fine cultural values in historical relics and worshipping places, etc. As reported, the program running until December, 2025 was launched in all hamlets, residential communities, religious organizations and businesses in the locality.

Specifically, 600 trees will be planted to enrich the ecosystem and environmental landscape in the city center.
