The Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church held on April 21 a ceremony to present appointment decisions for catechists of the Church’s 3rd training course in An Giang province.
Presenting appointment decisions to catechists of Hoa Hao Buddhism
The event taking place at An Hoa temple located in Phu My town of An Giang province’s Phu Tan district saw the presence of representatives from the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and members of the Standing Committee of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church.
At the ceremony, the Church’s Executive Committee presented certificates to 40 followers who have been qualified for graduation of the 3rd two-year tenet course organized by the Hoa Hoa Buddhist Church to become as catechists for teaching religious tenets of Hoa Hao Buddhism .
In addition, the Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hoa Buddhist Church presents certificates of merit to two graduates with excellent results in the training course.
As reported, on the occasion, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs also sent congratulation to the Central Executive Committee of Hoa Hoa Buddhist Church
