The sponsoring association for the disabled and orphans in Ho Chi Minh city has organized a medical charity for the elders, the poor and children under difficult circumstances in Thien Minh Buddhist monastery located in Binh Hoa Phuoc commune of Vinh Long province’s Long Ho district.
The charity delegation comprising of 200 doctors, dentists, pharmacists, paramedics and nurses with support machines such as mobile X-ray car and electrocardiogram machine has performed free health checks for local residents.
In total, the charity program offered free health checks for over 1,700 people from four communes of An Binh, Hoa Ninh, Dong Phu and Binh Hoa in Long Ho district.
