Chairman of the municipal Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Khôi hosted on December 10 a reception for a visiting delegation led by Consul General of the United States Pamela Pontius from Ho Chi Minh city.
During the welcoming reception, Chairman Ngô Khôi shared with the US officials the religious life in Da Nang and the implementation of the Law on Belief and Religion 2016 in the city.
As reported, the US Consulate delegation also planned to meet with the Bishop of Da Nang Diocese and the municipal department for external affairs to learn about results of the international workshop for training and dialogue on human rights held in the city on August 30.
