At the invitation to attend the 78th Anniversary of Shih-chieh Hung-wan-tzu Hui (one of Way of Former Heaven Sects) by Taoyuan Singapore,  11 - member delegation of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church led by Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, Head of the Executive Council arrived in Singapore on October 11th, 2014

On October 12th, 2014, the Caodai delegation attended the 78th Anniversary of Tao Yuan Singapore and met with Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Taoyuan Singapore.
