The event was chaired by Vice Chairman of the GCRA Nguyễn Tiến Trọng, and joint by representatives of the culture, sports and tourism ministry, the home affairs departments, and the religious committees in provinces and cities of Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ha Nam and Bac Ninh, and religious dignitaries of religious organizations and belief place’s management boards in localities.

The one-day gathering drew eight presentation papers and comments by representatives of religious organizations and state officials focusing on results of the implementation of the circular such as the guiding maps in worshipping places, rules and regulations for visitors, environmental protection, belief and religious activities conducted in accordance with the law, and the implementation of civilized lifestyles when participating in belief & religious activities at these worshipping places, etc.
