Home Affairs Ministry inspects GCRA’s administrative reform

A delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOFA) visited the Goverment Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) on Nov. 19 to inspect the GCRA’s admonistrative reform.

The delegation includes representatives from MOFA’s Office and Departments for Administrative Reform, Legislative Affairs, and Organization and Personnel, led by Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs Department Lê Trọng Vinh.

Welcoming the MOFA delegation were GCRA’s Vice Chairman  Bùi Thanh Hà – Deputy Head of GCRA’s Administrative Reform Steering Board, and representatives of GCRA’s concerning departments and divisions.

During the inspection meeting, MOFA’s representatives heard a GCRA’s report on activities of the administrative reform program 2015, and made further discussion and clarification on several issues, such as its leadership and organization for the administrative reform, and reforms on the administrative system, procedures, public finance, ect.

Through the inspection, the MOFA delegation acknowledged GCRA’s strict implementation of the Government’s overall administrative reform and MOFA’s plan and guidance on the administrative reform.

So far, GCRA has been rated as one of MOFA’s subordinate organizations that recorded the best result of the administrative reform, and the GCRA administrative reform has practically contributed to improve the efficiency of the state administration on religious affairs in particular.
