On occasion of the 90th anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press Day, Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) Trần Tấn Hùng on June 20 led a delegation to visit and celebrate the event with the Enlightenment newspaper.
Most Venerable Deputy Editor Thích Giác Toàn and Venerable Thích Tâm Hải welcomed the GCRA delegation.
Speaking at the visiting reception, Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng extended best wishes to leaders, the editorial board and journalists of the Enlightenment newspaper. He also praised contributions of the newspaper to the dissemination of state policies and laws and promotion of fine Buddhist values, contributing to the socio-economic development in the city over the past years.
