A delegation of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs (GCRA) led by Vice Chairman Trần Tấn Hùng paid a working visit to Ca Mau provincial Committee for Religious Affairs (PCRA) on August 6.
Deputy Director of Home Affairs Department cum Chairman of the PCRA Huỳnh Ngọc Sang, PCRA Vice Chairman Ngô Hòa Dựa, PCRA Vice Chairwoman Trần Diệu Hiền welcomed the delegation.
At the meeting reception, the delegation heard a report on religious activities and state administration on religious affairs in the locality over the past years. The PCRA also pointed out difficulties in the implementation of tasks relating the state governance on religious affairs in the province.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the GCRA Trần Tấn Hùng discussed matters concerning local religious affairs and pledged to closely work with the PCRA on remaining issues related to religious affairs in the locality. He also expressed his hope that local authorities would continue to focus on dissemination work of religious policies and law, and guide religious organizations well observe religious charters and the law.
