During the visit, the GCRA delegation had meetings with the provincial People’s Committee, Thai Nguyen city and Pho Yen town People’s Committees and concerning local agencies to check the observance of laws relating to belief and religion.

At working meetings, the delegation heard reports on the implementation of the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in the province.

The delegation also visited and exchanged with the Pastoral Council of Thai Nguyen parish on advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of the State’s laws on belief and religion in the locality.

Speaking at the working meetings, Vice Chairman Bùi Thanh Hà urged the provincial authorities to keep on the good works that brought good results in the State administration on religious affairs, in order to ensure the freedom on belief and religion for people, as well as enhance efficiency of the State management on religion.
