Government religious committee leader extends congratulation to Brahmin community in Ninh Thuan on Kate Festival

Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Dương Ngọc Tấn visited and met with the Dignitaries Council of the Brahmin community in the Vietnam central province of Ninh Thuan on October 18 on occasion of Kate Festival.
Religious Chief President of the dignitaries council Hán Đô and members of the council welcomed the GCRA leader.
Speaking during the visiting reception, while extending congratulatory greetings to the Brahmin dignitaries and followers on occasion of Kate festival 2017 of the ethnic Cham community, Vice Chairman Dương Ngọc Tấn called on Brahmin followers to continue promoting fine traditions for unity and social-economic development in localities.
Chief President Hán Đô also took the chance to share with the GCRA leader religious practices of Brahmin followers in the province and thanked state authorities for favorable conditions extended to religious activities of the Cham Brahmin community over the past years.
