Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Vũ Hoài Bắc attended on January 15 the 3rd annual conference of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s Executive Committee of the 2022-2027 term.

The annual conference reviewed the VBS’s affairs in 2023 and approved working plans for 2024.

Speaking at the event, GCRA Chairman Vũ Hoài Bắc highlighted the VBS’s achievements in 2023 and practical contributions to the society.
He expressed his hope that the VBS’s Executive Council would continue guiding the VBS’s Executive Committees in provinces and cities, Buddhist dignitaries and followers at home and abroad to accompany with the nation, and well observe the State laws and the Resolution adopted by the 9th national congress of the VBS for 2022 -2027 term, contributing to the development of the country.
